How we'll work together

    Each week will have a video training touching on one specific part of The Mindful Gut™ Method.

  • Then we meet live...

    Where we will go deeper into that week's lesson, do Q&A, and have hands-on mindfulness practice that goes along with each each week's training.

  • And you'll also practice at home...

    After each live class you will have an exercise for you to practice your learning at home.

What to expect...

The program will help you to look deeply at your gut, your stresses, your passions, and your preferences, and walk you through a step-by-step process to build an effortless gut-friendly lifestyle.

It’s going to take more than blog articles and Instagram inspiration to make these seismic shifts in the way you approach food. In the course, you’ll try simple experiments to discover the exact, concrete strategies that your body needs to feel nourished, fulfilled, and blissfully comfortable. You’ll be surrounded by a cozy community of other people who are striving and growing right beside you, and whose victories and support will energize your journey.

We’ll combine all your personal gut-health findings with the bigger-picture science about how other factors in your life, like sleep, stress, and exercise, can completely change how your body handles tricky foods.

Together, we’ll get creative to make your growing knowledge work in your day-to-day existence. Every group is different, and our weekly coaching sessions will always save room to address unique challenges and issues as they pop up, just like you’ll learn to make room in your plans to respond to messages from your body.

By the time the course ends, you’ll be equipped with powerful tools to manage your digestive health, increase your resilience to all types of stress (digestive and otherwise), and finally be in control of your food-related future. You’re going to be amazed at how much pleasure, ease, and celebration is possible for you.

FAQ

  • When does the program start?

    We will have our first live class on October 28th. The first video training will be available the week before.

  • When are the live sessions?

    They will be Thursdays at 4pm PST & will be recorded if you cannot make it.

  • How is this different from other gut-health programs?

    The program is designed to help you to get a holistic picture of your gut health and put the principles of gut-healthy living into practice. I will serve as a true coach, contributing my gut expertise while helping you develop and appreciate your own power to make the shifts you want in you gut-healthy life. This means you will help co-create your version of a gut-friendly life.

  • Will this course solve my digestion problems?

    This program is designed to give you a space to learn/practice gut support your gut-friendly life. If your main concern is getting to the root of the issue of gut symptoms Amanda recommends working with a dietitian 1:1 and not the group coaching program.

  • How long will I have access to the program?

    You’ll have access to all the videos for six months after the live-program ends.

  • Is this open internationally?

    No, unfortunately this is only open to students in the United States.

  • Is there a refund policy?

    If you don't feel like this program is right for you: you may request a refund, minus a $30 administrative fee, within 5 days of the program start date. To process the refund email Amanda.

  • How much of a time commitment does it require?

    Each week, you’ll watch 1 pre-recorded video of approximately 20 minutes. There will also be a live 45-60 minute group coaching class held weekly. These live classes will be recorded so you can still benefit if you cannot attend them live. Anticipate another 5-10 minutes daily for journaling.
